After earning a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University, I went on to complete my clinical training at the highly regarded Maple Counseling Center. Previously, I worked in grief support at Our House Grief Support Center and as a community therapist for adolescents and their families. I use an integrative approach tailored to each person’s needs. Specialized trainings (past and ongoing) include:

  • grief and loss (Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler)

  • trauma recovery (Trauma Resiliency Model)

  • PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy)

  • psychodynamic therapy

  • mindfulness-based techniques

  • somatic psychology

I work with people of all ages, from a variety of cultures, gender identities, and sexual orientations, providing an affirmative space for all.

You don’t have to go it alone.

  1. Click here to request a 20-minute consultation over the phone.

  2. I’ll answer any questions you might have and give you a sense of how we might work together.

  3. Book your first appointment, and we will get to work helping you find relief, healing, growth, and the fulfilling life and authentic relationships you’ve been seeking.

Finding a therapist who is a good fit for you can be difficult, so I hope the process goes quickly and smoothly for you. An authentic connection with your therapist is important, and I think a therapist should meet you where you are—follow your lead. My first goal is to build that relationship with you, to create an atmosphere where you feel seen, safe, understood, and inspired to get curious and real about your experience. From there, the work of therapy--though often challenging--can have a spirit of compassionate exploration. We'll look at the experiences that shaped you, what's getting in your way today, and with my support, help you heal, build resilience, self-acceptance, deeper relationships, and a life based on what you value most.
